With over 6,000 sq ft of meeting space, the Winter Park Mountain Lodge offers the most comprehensive available space under one roof to the group leader in the Winter Park area. Our Shadow Mountain Ballroom has 3,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space with awe-inspiring views of the Rocky Mountains through floor to ceiling windows and wrap-around deck. The combination of this view and meeting facilities can be a driving inspiration for both personal and professional growth. Meetings, exhibits, banquets, receptions, and weddings can be easily accommodated.

Our group sales department and convention services professionals are available to assist in planning every aspect of your group function or meeting from pre-planning to final billing.
